What is a Coterie?

According to Merriam-Webster, a Coterie is an intimate and often exclusive group of persons with a unifying common interest or purpose. I think that is a perfect name.

There are many purposes of this blog as a function of this entire site. One is to inform readers of the latest news on cancer, its prevention, its treatment, and anything related to dealing with cancer. I think the most important thing to most survivors is getting information that can help them, not just scare them. This is what I hope to create with this blog, and essentially with this network.
